Welome to Yvonnie Media Production AKA YMP Detroit, born within the inspiring halls of Bowling Green State University. With a passion for visual storytelling, our company sets out on a purpose-driven journey to foster growth and learning within the realm of positively impactful visual arts, especially within the black community. Our commitment to nurturing creative talents goes beyond capturing captivating images and videos. It's about igniting a spark within individuals, empowering them to express their stories, experiences, and culture through the lens. We recognize the immense potential that lies within the black community, and out aim is to provide the tools, resourses, and guidance necessary to bring those stories to life. About YMP Detroit...
- Email to book an appointment.
-Event Appointments must be booked at LEAST a week prior to your desired appointment unless under certain circumstance.
- A deposit of 20 - 50% of your purchase is required in order to secure your appointment (Non-refundable)
- Cancelation fee of $10 required if cancelation occurs 48 hour or less before your scheduled appointment to be eligible to book future appointment.
- Remaining balance due at beginning of appointment unless opted into payment plan.
- Prices are non-negotiable unless under certain circumstance.
- Product will be distributed through email/flash drive/shared album. (must provide your own flash drive)
- 1 week turn around time for photos.
2 week turn around time for video. (Length may vary)
- Clients are entitled to unlimited edits and wardrobe changes. Wardrobe changes must comply with the shoot schedules.
- Printed photos are available upon request.
-All studio shoots will require a $50 fee
-All events will require a $50 travel fee.

FAQS
When will I receive my photos/video?
- Photos will take 7 business days to be processed and distributed.
- Videos will take 14 business days to be processed.
You will not receive you're product if you have an outstanding balance due.
How many photos will I receive?
- Clients are entitled to the minimum of 15 photos per studio session and a minimum of 250 photos per event. Photo amount can be discussed prior to an event. Photos will be reviewed with clients before the appointment ends for studio shoots only. Clients can choose more photos for an additional fee.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
- Appointments last at least 2 hrs (More times can be scheduled for additional fees). Clients will have to contact the photographer/videographer prior to late arrivals. After 30 minutes of no communication after your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled. After a missed appointment, clients must pay a $10 fee or a 20% fee of your previous balance (whichever is more) to book again in the future.
If I cancel my appointment, can I get a refund?
- Clients cannot get refunded for deposits. Deposits go towards your total balance. If an appointment is canceled 48hr or more, before an appointment has been booked, you will be eligible for a free reschedule. Free reschedule must be made within a 30 day period and can be for any date. After the 30 day period you must reschedule with a new deposit.
How will I receive my photos/videos?
- Clients will receive photos via email/flash drive/shared album.
Videos will be distributed by Flash drive/Email/Youtube
Clients will be asked to provide their own flash drive.
Privacy Policy
- Yvonnie Media Productions respects the privacy of our clients and anyone who navigates our website. Our payment process is through Cash, Cash app, Zelle and Venmo. All information is protected and will not be shared.
Terms and Conditions.
- The policy set in place is for the protection of Yvonnie Productions. To schedule or reschedule an appointment first visit the bottom of this screen to submit a requests. Be sure to include the type of service you request, requested date of appointment, and any extra information that may be useful. A deposit of 50% of your purchase must be made for your appointment to been confirmed and secured. If you are rescheduling an appointment within the 30 day period, no deposit is required. If you have missed your appointment and want to reschedule please be sure to make your $10 - %20 deposit late fee. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due THE DAY OF your scheduled appointment unless mentioned otherwise. Failure to make payments will result in cancelation of appointment. Partial payments may be made upon negotiated request. Failure to send remaining payments will result in a $20 late fee and withheld product until full payment has been made.
Your next payment will consist of late fees, overtime fees, editing fees, and any extra fees that apply. This payment is due the day before your photos are scheduled to be sent to you. Any late payment will result in your products being withheld until further notice.
